As a result, we have implemented our own rigorous auditing systems and safety programs that promote a safer, more productive work environment and encourage best practices across the company. Our auditing processes incorporate four primary categories:
- Customer Service
- Human Resources
- HSC – Health, Safety, Compliance
In each of these key areas, audits of internal and external processes are conducted on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis. These audits help us identify risks, resolve and eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure compliance with federal and state health and safety standards. A primary component of our processes includes ongoing training and education with our staff to facilitate understanding and compliance throughout all levels of the organization.
Distributor Product Quality Assurance (DPQA)
As a Shell Alliance Distributor, we are certified by Shell’s Distributor Product Quality Assurance (DPQA) program, the industry’s most stringent national inspection for handling and packaging of bulk lubricants. This ensures that our processes, sampling, facilities, records, environmental procedures, and total lubricant handling meet the rigid standards for Shell Oil Company. In addition, our in-house auditing program applies even more rigid standards and ensures superior quality and integrity across ALL of our lubricant products and brands.
